Supporting Teachers

Having 14 yeara as an educator in secondary education at high needs schools, I know it all begins with the classroom teacher.  Great educators produce great student outcomes.  We are hear to help great educators become better.

Helping new teacher beyond they classroom.  New teachers have unique needs in order to become successfuo in the classroom.  Here we work one on one or in small groups with novice teachers from 0 to 3 years in the classroom.

Helping teachers move from novice to a career long educator.  This is a specializeed service for the invidual and their long term goals.

This is a small group opportunity for those that are feeling burnout.  This  helps educators find a better balance for life and career.
